Children of the World (CTW), is
a charitable organization
established to improve the lives
of the people in the world,
especially the children, who
live in poverty or at risk of
misfortune. Our focus is to
change the lives of
poverty-stricken people
throughout the world, especially
the children; providing food,
shelter, clothing, education,
and health care. We support
individuals, families, and
groups who care for children.
In the prevailing environment of
widespread deprivation and
poverty in most countries of
Africa, the number of orphans
and vulnerable children are
growing: estimates suggest that
the number of orphans alone was
34 million in 2001 (UNAIDS
2002).
The staggering number of
orphaned children only grows:
governments, communities and
churches are overwhelmed, unable
to care for these children in
crisis. We are changing
children’s lives with your help.
